Catching Up: The Best Tech Stories of the Day
No doubt, today’s tech news was all about Apple. A new Apple operating system and a slew of new hardware will do that. The reactions to OS X Lion were generally positive, but also somewhat less enthusiastic than usual. The best and most in-depth OS X Lion review was featured on Ars Technica. Indeed, clocking in at about 27,000 words, it’s so long, the publishers decided to turn it into an eBook you can buy for $4.99.
There were, of course, some other stories we tracked throughout the day as well, so I split today’s episode of Catching Up into two groups: one for Apple and one for non-Apple news.
